Myrist-Aid is designed to be supportive and aid in absorption when taking Myristin.
Each capsule of Myrist-Aid contains glucosamine sulfate, 200 mg; methylsulfonylmethane (MSM), 200 mg: ascorbic acid, 100 mg; bromelain, 12 mg; manganese, 2.0 mg: curcumin, 4 mg; lecithin, 100 mg; and lipase, 1,800 units.
HUMANS: Take 1/2 in AM and 1/2 in PM with our without food.
LOADING: 3 Myristin gel caps and 8 myrist-aid a day for 2 months. (COMBO 4)
MAINTENANCE: 1 Myristin gel caps and 3 myrist-aid a day
For best effects, Myrist-Aid should be taken for 3-6 months after Myristin® is completed. In continuation use, two Myrist-Aid capsules are taken with breakfast, three with lunch, and three with dinner, for a total of eight capsules daily.
If taking the lunch time Myristin/Myrist-Aid capsules is inconvenient, these can be taken before bedtime instead.
Four bottles of Myristin® and four bottles of Myrist-Aid are required for two months of use.
